We aim to check-in products at our warehouse within 24-48 hours of arriving. We guarantee a minimum of 1 FBA shipment per week.
As long as there are 50 units checked-in, we will initiate an FBA shipment. We will not prep a batch of 50 units or fewer.
We utilize an exclusive Discord server that serves as a ticket system for all of our clients. Clients and Staff can open "tickets" on demand. These communication channels are private between the client and our staff.
Yes, everything in New Hampshire is sales tax free, giving you a 5-9% discount just by using our service.
Clients will be invoiced twice a month, every two weeks or so. Payments can be made via ACH, Credit Card, or Paypal. Processing rates do apply.
